The Northern Michigan Christian Comets basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Roscommon Bucks to 45 in the Comets league triumph on Friday.

The Comets now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manton for a Highland contest on Tuesday, January 30. Northern Michigan Christian will battle a Rangers team coming off a 56-50 league win over Evart (Evart, MI). The Rangers record now stands at 6-8.

The Bucks (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Beal City (Mt. Pleasant, MI). The Aggies enter the Highland contest with a 13-3 record. In their last contest, Beal City was defeated by McBain (McBain, MI), 72-48, in a league contest.
