With the victory, Northwest Whitfield improves its record to 15-6 on the campaign. The Bruins host Dalton (Dalton, GA) to confront the Catamounts in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Catamounts come into the challenge with a record of 8-12. Dalton won 59-56 in their recent league challenge against Hiram (Hiram, GA)

Next up, the Raiders confront the Central Lions (Carrollton, GA) in a AAAA Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Southeast Whitfield County will attempt to improve on its 2-19 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 19-3 record after their 64-51 non-league win over Temple (Temple, GA).
