The Pecatonica Indians basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Pearl City Wolves to 45 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 19-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Durand for a Northwest Upstate Illini - North contest on Monday, January 29. Pecatonica will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 71-57 non-league loss to Scales Mound (Scales Mound, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-7.
The Wolves (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Dakota (Dakota, IL). The Indians enter the Northwest Upstate Illini - North contest with a 11-13 record. In their last contest, Dakota was routed by Milledgeville (Milledgeville, IL), 61-45, in a non-league contest.
