Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Perkiomen School Panthers (Pennsburg, PA) and the visiting Phelps Lions (Malvern, PA), saw Perkiomen School's basketball squad knock off Phelps by a count of 92-78.

With the victory, Perkiomen School upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Panthers host Western Reserve Academy (Hudson, OH) to play the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 0-5. Western Reserve Academy lost 68-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Grand River Academy (Austinburg, OH)

Next up, the Lions play the Blair Academy Bucs (Blairstown, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 31. Phelps will attempt to upgrade on its 12-13 season record. The Bucs come into the challenge with a 9-1 record after their 81-54 league win over Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, NJ).
