Northeast Guilford won 58-57 in their recent league challenge against Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC)

Next up, the Cougars confront the Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles (Greensboro, NC) in a 3A Mid-State challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Rockingham County will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a 15-3 record after their 87-58 league win over Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC).
