With the win, Whitmore Lake upgrades its record to 3-11 on the season. The Trojans travel to Hope Christian Academy (Westland, MI) to clash with the Hawks in a Michigan Independent - Red bout on Friday, February 2. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 4-8.

Next up, the Roughriders clash with the Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy Sentinels (Brighton, MI) in a Michigan Independent - Red bout, on Monday, January 29. Roeper will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Sentinels go into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 65-37 league loss to Hope Christian Academy (Westland, MI).
