With the victory, South Greene improves its record to 18-4 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Johnson County (Mountain City, TN) to play the Longhorns in a 2A District 1 challenge on Saturday, January 27. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a record of 3-15. Johnson County lost 79-50 in their recent league challenge against Chuckey-Doak (Afton, TN)

Next up, the Buffaloes play the Chuckey-Doak Black Knights (Afton, TN) in a 2A District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. West Greene will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record. The Black Knights come into the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 79-50 league win over Johnson County (Mountain City, TN).
