The Sutter Huskies (Sutter, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Wheatland Pirates (Wheatland, CA), 74-28 in Friday's league test.

The Huskies (14-9) will now prepare for their test against Center (Antelope, CA). The Cougars go into the Pioneer Valley League test with a 11-12 record. In their last test, Center was trounced by Marysville (Marysville, CA), 72-47, in a league test.

The Pirates now own a 4-18 record. They play next when they travel to Twelve Bridges for a Pioneer Valley League test on Wednesday, January 31. Wheatland will encounter a Raging Rhinos squad coming off a 56-49 league win over Bear River (Grass Valley, CA). The Raging Rhinos record now stands at 19-4.
