The Swain County Maroon Devils (Bryson City, NC) basketball crushed the host Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC), 53-25 in Friday's league test.

The Maroon Devils (8-10) will now prepare for their test against Hayesville (Hayesville, NC). The Yellowjackets go into the 1A Smoky Mountain test with a 15-4 record. In their last test, Hayesville walloped Murphy (Murphy, NC), 51-47, in a league test.
