With the win, Avenal upgrades its record to 5-14 on the season. The Buccaneers travel to Mendota (Mendota, CA) to play the Aztecs in a West Sierra bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Aztecs go into the bout with a record of 19-6. Mendota won 57-11 in their recent league bout against Dos Palos (Dos Palos, CA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Firebaugh Eagles (Firebaugh, CA) in a West Sierra bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Tranquillity will attempt to upgrade on its 0-20 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 12-12 record after their 58-35 league loss to Coalinga (Coalinga, CA).
