The Bald Knob Bulldogs basketball team (Bald Knob, AR), was nudged 51-50 in Friday's league battle with the host Harding Academy Wildcats (Searcy, AR)

The Wildcats now possess a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lisa Academy North for a 3A Region 6 battle on Monday, January 29. Harding Academy will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 52-26 league loss to Rose Bud (Rose Bud, AR). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-12.

The Bulldogs (21-2) will now prepare for their battle against Episcopal (Little Rock, AR). The Wildcats come into the 3A Region 6 battle with a 7-12 record. In their last battle, Episcopal was nudged by Central (West Helena, AR), 52-35, in a league battle.
