In Friday's league outing, the Lake Highlands Wildcats (Dallas, TX) basketball squad felled the host Berkner Rams (Richardson, TX), by a margin of 50-31.

The Wildcats (18-9) will now prepare for their outing against Pearce (Richardson, TX). The Mustangs go into the 6A Region I District 7 outing with a 15-13 record. In their last outing, Pearce was beaten by Highland Park (Dallas, TX), 50-17, in a league outing.

The Rams now own a 13-16 record. They play next when they host Richardson for a 6A Region I District 7 outing on Tuesday, January 30. Berkner will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 74-23 league win over MacArthur (Irving, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 19-13.
