Georgia High School Basketball - Jefferson County overwhelmed by Bleckley County

The Bleckley County Royals basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the host Jefferson County Warriors to 17 in the Royals league victory on Friday.
The Royals now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dublin for a A D1 Region 2 contest on Tuesday, January 30. Bleckley County will battle a Fighting Irish team coming off a 62-30 non-league win over Toombs County (Lyons, GA). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 16-5.
The Warriors (0-16) will now prepare for their contest against Johnson County (Wrightsville, GA). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Johnson County triumphed over Wilkinson County (Irwinton, GA), 44-28, in a league contest.
