The Elk Mound Mounders basketball squad scored 61 points and limited the visiting Boyceville Bulldogs to 35 in the Mounders league win on Friday.

With the win, Elk Mound upgrades its record to 19-0 on the season. The Mounders travel to Regis (Eau Claire, WI) to play the Ramblers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Ramblers go into the bout with a record of 14-4. Regis lost 58-44 in their recent league bout against Fall Creek (Fall Creek, WI)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Elmwood/Plum City Wolves (Elmwood, WI) in a Dunn-St. Croix bout, on Thursday, February 1. Boyceville will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 0-15 record after their 88-23 league loss to Durand-Arkansaw (Durand, WI).
