The LaFayette Ramblers (LaFayette, GA) basketball nipped the host Bremen Blue Devils (Bremen, GA), 42-36 in Friday's league test.
The Ramblers (9-9) will now prepare for their test against Adairsville (Adairsville, GA). The Tigers go into the AAA Region 6 test with a 14-8 record. In their last test, Adairsville was tipped by Coahulla Creek (Dalton, GA), 50-40, in a league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Ringgold for a AAA Region 6 test on Tuesday, January 30. Bremen will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 51-40 league loss to Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe (Fort Oglethorpe, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 11-10.
