New York High School Basketball - Catskill knocked off by Greenville

The Greenville Spartans basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Catskill Cats to 36 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maple Hill for a Section 2 Patroon contest on Monday, January 29. Greenville will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 61-49 non-league loss to Watervliet (Watervliet, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-3.
The Cats (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hudson (Hudson, NY). The Blue Hawks enter the Section 2 Patroon contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Hudson ran past Taconic Hills (Craryville, NY), 45-39, in a league contest.
