Owosso Trojans (Owosso, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Corunna Cavaliers (Corunna, MI), 47-24 in a league bout.

With the victory, Owosso upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Trojans host Chesaning (Chesaning, MI) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 2-7. Chesaning lost 54-23 in their recent non-league bout against Genesee Christian (Burton, MI)

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Kearsley Hornets (Flint, MI) in a Flint Metro bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Corunna will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record.
