Ocean Lakes Dolphins (Virginia Beach, VA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Cox Falcons (Virginia Beach, VA), 44-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Ocean Lakes upgrades its record to 8-11 on the season. The Dolphins travel to Kellam (Virginia Beach, VA) to clash with the Knights in a Beach bout on Wednesday, January 31. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 14-3. Kellam won 45-37 in their recent league bout against Green Run (Virginia Beach, VA)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. Cox will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 5-10 record after their 51-39 league loss to Maury (Norfolk, VA).
