Drummond Trojans (Drummond, MT) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Seeley-Swan Blackhawks (Seeley Lake, MT), 32-26 in a league bout.

With the victory, Drummond upgrades its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Trojans host Powell County (Deer Lodge, MT) to play the Wardens in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Wardens come into the bout with a record of 1-4.

Next up, the Blackhawks play the Alberton Panthers (Alberton, MT) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 27. Seeley-Swan will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 61-30 non-league loss to Lincoln County (Eureka, MT).
