Hereford Whitefaces (Hereford, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Dumas Demons (Dumas, TX), 47-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Hereford upgrades its record to 13-6 on the season. The Whitefaces travel to Randall (Amarillo, TX) to play the Raiders in a 4A Region I District 4 bout on Friday, February 2. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 17-7.

Next up, the Demons play the Perryton Rangers (Perryton, TX) in a 4A Region I District 4 bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Dumas will attempt to upgrade on its 3-21 season record. The Rangers go into the bout with a 8-12 record after their 59-42 league loss to Pampa (Pampa, TX).
