The Zephyr Bulldogs (Zephyr, TX) basketball crushed the host Evant Elks (Evant, TX), 55-30 in Friday's league test.
The Bulldogs (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Gustine (Gustine, TX). The Tigers go into the 1A Region III District 18 test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, Gustine was trounced by Priddy (Priddy, TX), 56-24, in a league test.
The Elks now own a 14-8 record. They play next when they travel to Sidney for a 1A Region III District 18 test on Tuesday, January 30.
