The Rosepine Eagles (Rosepine, LA) basketball crushed the visiting Glenmora Wildcats (Glenmora, LA), 69-43 in Friday's league test.
The Eagles (24-5) will now prepare for their test against Pickering (Leesville, LA). The Red Devils go into the 2A District 4 test with a 10-15 record. In their last test, Pickering was trounced by Holy Savior Menard (Alexandria, LA), 51-34, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 15-12 record. They play next when they host Oakdale for a 2A District 4 test on Tuesday, January 30. Glenmora will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 57-22 league win over Avoyelles (Moreauville, LA). The Warriors record now stands at 23-6.
