The Glenn Grizzlies basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Leander Lions to 18 in the Grizzlies league victory on Friday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 28-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cedar Park for a 5A Region IV District 25 contest on Tuesday, January 30. Glenn will battle a Timberwolves team coming off a 52-37 league win over Hays (Buda, TX). The Timberwolves record now stands at 20-10.
The Lions (10-20) will now prepare for their contest against Lehman (Kyle, TX). The Lobos come into the 5A Region IV District 25 contest with a 8-24 record. In their last contest, Lehman was routed by Liberty Hill (Liberty Hill, TX), 67-12, in a league contest.
