Virginia High School Basketball - The Carmel School tipped by Grove Christian School

The Grove Christian School Falcons basketball team scored 24 points and held the visiting The Carmel School Wildcats to 23 in the Falcons league triumph on Friday.
The Falcons now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grace Christian School for a Virginia Metro contest on Saturday, January 27. Grove Christian School will meet a Kings team coming off a 29-23 league win over The Carmel School (Ruther Glen, VA). The Kings record now stands at 2-8.
The Wildcats (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Veritas School (Richmond, VA). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Veritas School nudged St. Michael the Archangel (Fredericksburg, VA), 41-33, in a non-league contest.
