California High School Basketball - Half Moon Bay succumbs to Menlo-Atherton

The Menlo-Atherton Bears topped the visiting Half Moon Bay Cougars basketball team by a final score of 51-35 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Bears face the Sacred Heart Prep Gators (Atherton, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 27. Menlo-Atherton will attempt to move on its 12-7 season record.

With the defeat, Half Moon Bay moves to 12-6 on the year. The Cougars host Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA) to face the FIGHTING KNIGHTS in a Peninsula - Bay game on Tuesday, January 30. The FIGHTING KNIGHTS enter the game with a record of 9-10. Hillsdale lost 63-53 in their recent league game against Mills (Millbrae, CA)
