Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Quitman Bulldogs (Quitman, TX) and the visiting Harmony Eagles (Big Sandy, TX), saw Quitman's basketball squad overcome Harmony by a tally of 40-32.

With the victory, Quitman improves its record to 10-11 on the campaign.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Winona Wildcats (Winona, TX) in a 3A Region II District 13 challenge, on Friday, February 2. Harmony will attempt to improve on its 12-17 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 0-10 record after their 2-0 league loss to Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX).
