North County Raiders (Bonne Terre, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Herculaneum Black Cats (Herculaneum, MO), 55-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North County upgrades its record to 5-11 on the season. The Raiders host Pacific (Pacific, MO) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 27. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Pacific lost 48-43 in their recent non-league bout against Meadow Heights (Patton, MO)

Next up, the Black Cats play the St. Pius X Lancers (Festus, MO) in a Jefferson County - Small bout, on Wednesday, January 31. Herculaneum will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record.
