In Friday's non-league match, the visiting McKinley Tigers basketball team scored a tight 40-37 triumph over the Kapolei Hurricanes.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Farrington Governors (Honolulu, HI) in a Oahu II - East match, on Wednesday, January 31. McKinley will attempt to move on its 9-11 season record. The Governors enter the match with a 7-6 record after their 47-36 league win over Kalaheo (Kailua, HI).
With the defeat, Kapolei moves to 4-10 on the year.
