Valley Rams (Valley, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host LaFayette Bulldogs (LaFayette, AL), 54-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Valley upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Rams host Handley (Roanoke, AL) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 29. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 17-6. Handley lost 56-42 in their recent league bout against Anniston (Anniston, AL)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Wadley Bulldogs (Wadley, AL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. LaFayette will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 5-10 record after their 52-9 league loss to Winterboro (Alpine, AL).
