North Carolina High School Basketball - Lake Norman Charter overwhelmed by Northwest Cabarrus

The Lake Norman Charter Knights basketball team (Huntersville, NC), was overwhelmed 58-15 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC)

The Trojans now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Cabarrus for a 3A South Piedmont battle on Tuesday, January 30. Northwest Cabarrus will battle a Vikings team coming off a 61-15 league win over Carson (China Grove, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 12-7.

The Knights (4-14) will now prepare for their battle against Concord (Concord, NC). The Spiders come into the 3A South Piedmont battle with a 6-11 record. In their last battle, Concord was overwhelmed by Robinson (Concord, NC), 66-30, in a league battle.
