With the victory, Marengo improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Choctaw County (Butler, AL) to confront the Tigers in a 1A Area 4 challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Choctaw County won 67-5 in their recent league challenge against Millry (Millry, AL)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the University Charter Trail Blazers (Livingston, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 29. Sweet Water will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record.
