The Sloan-Hendrix Greyhounds basketball team (Imboden, AR), was overwhelmed 63-35 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Marshall Bobcats (Marshall, AR)

The Bobcats now possess a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dardanelle for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 30. Marshall will confront a Sand Lizards team coming off a 59-50 league win over Clarksville (Clarksville, AR). The Sand Lizards record now stands at 15-5.

The Greyhounds (8-17) will now prepare for their battle against Corning (Corning, AR). The Bobcats come into the non-league battle with a 10-7 record.
