Minnesota High School Basketball - Medford ripped by Triton

The Triton Cobras basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Medford Tigers to 38 in the Cobras non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cobras now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Charles for a AA Section 1 contest on Saturday, January 27. Triton will meet a Fighting Saints team coming off a 67-20 league loss to Plainview-Elgin-Millville (Elgin, MN). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 0-17.
The Tigers (2-17) will now prepare for their contest against New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva (New Richland, MN). The Panthers enter the AA Section 2 contest with a 14-6 record. In their last contest, New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva triumphed over Bethlehem Academy (Faribault, MN), 56-32, in a non-league contest.
