The Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Mundelein Mustangs (Mundelein, IL), 58-30 in Friday's league test.

The Patriots (22-3) will now prepare for their test against Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL). The Scouts go into the North Suburban test with a 12-13 record. In their last test, Lake Forest walloped Zion-Benton (Zion, IL), 59-11, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 13-12 record. They play next when they travel to Warren Township for a North Suburban test on Tuesday, January 30. Mundelein will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 61-33 non-league loss to Evanston (Evanston, IL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 13-11.
