Utah High School Basketball - Orem falls to Payson

In Friday's league match, the visiting Payson Lions basketball team scored a good 51-37 triumph over the Orem Tigers.
In their next game, the Lions meet the Provo Bulldogs (Provo, UT) in a 4A Region 8 match, on Tuesday, January 30. Payson will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 7-12 record after their 62-40 league win over Timpanogos (Orem, UT).
With the defeat, Orem moves to 3-14 on the year. The Tigers travel to Uintah (Vernal, UT) to meet the Utes in a 4A Region 8 match on Tuesday, January 30. The Utes enter the match with a record of 4-14. Uintah lost 42-27 in their recent league match against Mountain View (Orem, UT)
