Rio Hondo Prep Kares (Arcadia, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Polytechnic Panthers (Pasadena, CA), 55-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Rio Hondo Prep upgrades its record to 15-7 on the season. The Kares travel to Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA) to play the Dolphins in a Prep bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Dolphins go into the bout with a record of 4-14. Chadwick won 37-34 in their recent league bout against Westridge (Pasadena, CA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA) in a Prep bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Polytechnic will attempt to upgrade on its 11-13 season record.
