The Woodmore Wildcats basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the visiting St. Joseph Central Catholic Crimson Streaks to 38 in the Wildcats league victory on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastwood for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Woodmore will battle a Eagles team coming off a 49-45 non-league win over Van Buren (Van Buren, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 11-7.

The Crimson Streaks (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Danbury (Lakeside, OH). The Lakers come into the Sandusky Bay - River contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Danbury edged Old Fort (Old Fort, OH), 45-38, in a league contest.
