California High School Basketball - Burlingame topped by Carlmont

The Carlmont Scots basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Burlingame Panthers to 35 in the Scots league victory on Friday.

The Scots now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jefferson for a contest on Wednesday, January 31. Carlmont will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 48-45 league loss to Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 5-10.

The Panthers (14-5) will now prepare for their contest against Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA). The Bears come into the contest with a 17-2 record. In their last contest, Menlo-Atherton dropped by Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA), 41-34, in a non-league contest.
