The Chico Panthers basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Shasta Wolves to 54 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Enterprise for a contest on Tuesday, January 30. Chico will battle a Hornets team coming off a 76-38 league loss to Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 8-12.
The Wolves (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Red Bluff (Red Bluff, CA). The Spartans enter the contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Red Bluff was defeated by Pleasant Valley (Chico, CA), 67-34, in a league contest.
