St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Clinton Dark Horses (Clinton, NC), 38-26 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Pauls upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Midway (Dunn, NC) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 9-5.

Next up, the Dark Horses play the James Kenan Tigers (Warsaw, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 29. Clinton will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 40-30 non-league loss to Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC).
