The Fort Walton Beach Vikings basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Gulf Breeze Dolphins to 42 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Friday.
The Vikings now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pine Forest for a contest on Monday, January 29. Fort Walton Beach will meet a Eagles team coming off a 39-30 non-league win over Destin (Destin, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-5.
The Dolphins (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against South Walton (Santa Rosa Beach, FL). The Seahawks enter the non-league contest with a 14-6 record. In their last contest, South Walton was nudged by Walton (DeFuniak Springs, FL), 54-45, in a non-league contest.
