In Friday's non-league outing, the Renton Red Hawks (Renton, WA) basketball squad edged the host Highline Pirates (Burien, WA), by a count of 58-52.
The Red Hawks (10-5) will now prepare for their outing against Sammamish (Bellevue, WA). The RedHawks go into the non-league outing with a 4-12 record. In their last outing, Sammamish was tipped by Spanaway Lake (Spanaway, WA), 58-57, in a non-league outing.
The Pirates now hold a 8-9 record. They play next when they host Foster for a non-league outing on Monday, January 29. Highline will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 41-37 non-league loss to Lindbergh (Renton, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-10.
