The Kittitas Coyotes basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the host White Swan Cougars to 38 in the Coyotes non-league victory on Friday.
The Coyotes now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mabton for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 27. Kittitas will battle a Vikings team coming off a 61-45 non-league loss to Cle Elum-Roslyn (Cle Elum, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-13.
The Cougars (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Goldendale (Goldendale, WA). The Timberwolves come into the non-league contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Goldendale was nudged by Cle Elum-Roslyn (Cle Elum, WA), 40-28, in a non-league contest.
