North Rowan Cavaliers (Spencer, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting South Davidson Wildcats (Denton, NC), 79-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Rowan upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Cavaliers host Thomasville (Thomasville, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Thomasville lost 55-48 in their recent non-league bout against Salisbury (Salisbury, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Lexington Yellowjackets (Lexington, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 30. South Davidson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-15 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 5-9 record after their 40-34 league win over East Davidson (Thomasville, NC).
