The Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA), 57-48 in Friday's league test.
The Wildcats (17-8) will now prepare for their test against Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA). The Grizzlies go into the test with a 3-13 record. In their last test, Granite Bay went down by Folsom (Folsom, CA), 74-32, in a league test.
The Trojans now own a 17-5 record. They play next when they host Rocklin for a test on Wednesday, January 31. Oak Ridge will encounter a Thunder squad coming off a 77-74 league win over Del Oro (Loomis, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 8-9.
