The Pell City Panthers (Pell City, AL) basketball knocked off the host Lincoln Golden Bears (Lincoln, AL), 71-51 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Panthers (13-6) will now prepare for their test against John Carroll Catholic (Birmingham, AL). The Cavaliers go into the non-league test with a 15-6 record.
The Golden Bears now own a 7-14 record. They play next when they travel to White Plains for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 1. Lincoln will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 69-58 non-league loss to Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-13.
