Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Juniata Valley routs West Branch

In Thursday's league outing, the Juniata Valley Hornets (Alexandria, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting West Branch Warriors (Morrisdale, PA), by a count of 48-24.

The Hornets (9-6) will now prepare for their outing against Kennard-Dale (Fawn Grove, PA). The Rams go into the non-league outing with a 2-9 record. In their last outing, Kennard-Dale was crushed by York Suburban (York, PA), 42-32, in a league outing.

The Warriors now hold a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Harmony Area for a Moshannon Valley outing on Friday, January 28. West Branch will clash with a Owls squad coming off a 55-25 non-league loss to Johnstown Christian (Hollsopple, PA). The Owls record now stands at 1-11.
