Ohio High School Basketball - Southeast knocked off by Aquinas

The Aquinas Knights basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Southeast Pirates to 52 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rootstown for a Portage Trail contest on Friday, February 3. Aquinas will meet a Rovers team coming off a 84-56 league loss to John F. Kennedy Catholic (Warren, OH). The Rovers record now stands at 4-14.

The Pirates (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Cloverleaf (Lodi, OH). The Colts enter the non-league contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Cloverleaf was outscored by Woodridge (Peninsula, OH), 69-58, in a league contest.
