The Glenbard South Raiders basketball team (Glen Ellyn, IL), was nudged 61-58 in Friday's league battle with the host Aurora East Tomcats (Aurora, IL)

The Tomcats now possess a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Naperville North for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 28. Aurora East will confront a Huskies team coming off a 47-35 league win over Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 14-9.

The Raiders (13-9) will now prepare for their battle against Elgin (Elgin, IL). The Maroons come into the Upstate Eight battle with a 9-15 record. In their last battle, Elgin was nudged by Bartlett (Bartlett, IL), 65-35, in a league battle.
