Alabama High School Basketball - Austin crushes Florence

Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Florence Falcons (Florence, AL), 78-46 in a league bout.
With the victory, Austin upgrades its record to 16-9 on the campaign. The Black Bears travel to Sparkman (Harvest, AL) to play the Senators in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Senators come into the bout with a record of 19-10. Sparkman lost 51-47 in their recent league bout against Huntsville (Huntsville, AL)
Next up, the Falcons play the Muscle Shoals Trojans (Muscle Shoals, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Florence will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 14-4 record after their 70-29 non-league win over Hamilton (Hamilton, AL).
